Our client, a public sector body, are recruiting a Programme Manager to join their Capital Unit.
The purpose of the role is to support the management and delivery of the multi annual Capital Plan.
This is an initial 1-year rolling contract role which offers great scope for extension and future permanency.

Travel expenses and subsistence allowance Hybrid work Responsibilities Assist in compiling and drafting the Capital Investment Programme and reports on its progress for various departments and committees.
Support the review and implementation of the Capital Projects Manual and Approvals Protocol to ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with project managers and estates personnel to ensure compliance with project protocols and manage reporting structures.
Support national priority projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Assist in the development and implementation of the National Estates Information System (NEIS), providing system support and conducting testing.
Represent the Capital Unit in meetings and working groups as needed.
Promote communication with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
Ensure the integration of health, safety, and welfare into all activities within the role.
Requirements Hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) major academic award in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying accredited by the relevant Professional Institute (Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Engineers Ireland, Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland).
OR Have Membership of the relevant professional association: Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Engineers Ireland Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland AND Have 5 years' post qualification satisfactory experience in a similar role Hold a full driving licence.
