Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor global risk events, alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
* Coordinate emergency response and manage incident escalation effectively.
* Respond to security tickets and document all incidents thoroughly.
* Maintain clear communication and ensure seamless shift handovers.
Requirements:
* Experience in a GSOC or security environment.
* Familiarity with alarm/CCTV systems and emergency protocols.
* Effective communication, multitasking, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including holidays.
What You Will Do
