PPC Marketing Executive – 12 Month Maternity Contract

Abrivia Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation in the insurance and financial services sector to recruit a PPC Marketing Executive for a 12-month maternity contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paid media professional to join a growing and fast-paced digital marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, the successful candidate will manage and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple platforms while supporting wider digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio and Excel
Monitor budgets and optimise campaign spend
Conduct keyword research, optimisation, and bid management
Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and campaign performance
Manage A/B testing across ads and landing pages
Collaborate with creative and brand teams on campaign assets
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and GA4
Present performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ PPC/ Paid Search experience
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and GA4
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
Experience within financial services or lead generation environments
Exposure to landing page optimisation and creative testing
Understanding of customer lifetime value and lead quality metrics
