Director of Operations

* Provide vision and leadership to all departments
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators
* Support Duty Managers with shift management
* Hold regular meetings to set objectives and goals
* Oversee People Management responsibilities
* Collaborate with the People and Culture team
* Develop and implement training programs
* Attend senior management meetings
* Manage legal compliance and inspections
* Lead projects to improve business operations
* Manage financial resources and procurement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
* Minimum 2 years experience in Operations or Food and Beverage Management
* Strong knowledge and passion for food, beverage, and banqueting, rooms, and front office
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Flexible, innovative, motivated, adaptable, and driven individual
* Fluent in written and spoken English
