You will also mentor project teams and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project completion.Responsibilities:Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projectsEnsure adherence to codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standardsEngage daily with clients to interpret technical needs and represent their interestsOversee project quality, including budget, schedule, planning, and personnel performance, and provide regular status reportsAssign responsibilities and mentor project team members for efficient executionCollaborate with the project manager and project participants to provide technical guidanceReview engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when requiredRequirements:Proven experience as a Project EngineerExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD and design/visualization softwareAdvanced skills in MS Office and PrimaveraFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standardsAbility to work on multidisciplinary projectsStrong project management and supervision skillsSound decision-making and leadership abilitiesCurrent engineer licenseStrong time management and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldEuropean CitizenReady to Take the Next Step?
