Job Summary
We are seeking an Event Planning Specialist to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Events Team, ensuring smooth event planning and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Events Team
* Ensure all event information is accurately recorded in our system
* Attend daily and weekly operation meetings on behalf of the Events Team
* Prepare and manage daily and weekly reports for the Events Team
* Manage internal meetings and events, including site inspections
