* Lead EHS risk management across all functions, ensuring proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential hazards.
* Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations, standards (e.g., ISO14001, ISO45001), and internal policies.
* Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and oversee all reporting, permitting, and audit requirements.
* Champion a proactive safety culture by engaging cross-functional teams and delivering targeted awareness and training programs.
* Oversee EHS compliance audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
* Collaborate with Facilities, Operations, Engineering, and HR to integrate EHS into all business planning and decision-making processes.
* Lead a small team of EHS professionals and ensure their continued growth and development.
* Monitor and report on key EHS metrics and use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and policy development.
* Drive sustainability, climate risk, and environmental responsibility initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
