Job Details
* Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite), day rate contract.
* Location: South Dublin
Required Skills & Technologies
Cloud Development: Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps
Database: Oracle, advanced SQL, Stored Procedures
Development Lifecycle: Agile, Scrum
Development Skills
* Proficiency with development tools and IDEs such as Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code for C# development and debugging.
* Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
* Knowledge of migration strategies (rehosting, refactoring, rearchitecting) and cloud migration best practices.
* Ability to evaluate Java codebases, dependencies, and migration planning.
* Experience generating UML diagrams from code; familiarity with SpecFlow for BDD is a plus.
APIs & Integration
* Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.
* Experience with integration patterns and HTTP methods.
* API testing skills with tools like Postman, curl, Swagger.
* Knowledge of API security, including OAuth, JWT, API keys, RBAC.
* Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, including triggers, bindings, deployment.
* Experience with Logic Apps, connectors, actions, triggers.
* Understanding of cloud scalability and elasticity principles.
