About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues on our high-speed automated assembly machines, developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures, leading the installation, setup, and refurbishment of manufacturing equipment, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential problems, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshooting and repair: Provide technical support and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues on our high-speed automated assembly machines.
* Preventative maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our equipment.
* Equipment management: Lead the installation, setup, and refurbishment of manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential problems and drive continuous improvement.
* Continuous improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
