Job Description
The Board Director is responsible for providing leadership on financial oversight and risk to ensure the organisation's financial sustainability and compliance with charity and company law, funder requirements, and the Charities Governance Code.
The Board Director will support the Board to ensure that The Dock is financially sustainable by attending regular meetings and actively participating in discussions.
