About the Role
* This role involves key financial reporting activities and strategic planning for growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts will be a core responsibility.
* Annual financial statements preparation, including liaison with auditors, is also required.
* Deputising for the Finance Manager and guiding junior team members will be essential.
* Mitigating financial risks and implementing internal controls are critical components of this role.
* Driving process improvements within the Finance function will also be expected.
Requirements:
* A qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with 3-5 years PQE is required.
* Experience in a scaling business would be advantageous.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills are necessary.
* An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are essential.
