Our client, a rapidly expanding provider of specialised dental equipment and clinical solutions, is seeking a high-performing
Sales / Business Development Executive
to cover a field-based territory across Ireland, with a preference for candidates located within 1 hour of Dublin.
With a growing reputation as the go-to supplier for implant dentistry and oral surgery, the company offers a streamlined, specialist product range backed by exceptional service — a one-stop shop for clinicians seeking quality, value, and speed.
This is a hunter role — ideal for someone with a strong sales drive, clinical understanding, and the ability to build lasting relationships with dental professionals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Identify and develop
new business opportunities
with dental clinics, implantologists, oral surgeons, and specialist practices.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while strengthening long-term customer relationships.
* Promote a portfolio of dental implants, surgical instruments, biomaterials, and practice solutions.
* Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to clinicians and practice staff.
* Attend CPD events, trade shows, and clinical conferences to represent the brand and generate leads.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and client satisfaction.
* Use CRM systems to manage sales activity, client interactions, and performance tracking.
* Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape commercial strategy.
Job requirements
* Ideally 2–5 years' experience in dental, medical, or healthcare sales — or a clinical background with commercial skills, however candidates with backgrounds in FMCG or similar may also be considered.
* Deep understanding of the dental industry, especially implant or oral surgery markets.
* Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging with healthcare professionals.
* Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
* Based within 1 hour of Dublin

with flexibility for national travel.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full clean driving licence.
