We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Team Leader. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with strong organisational and management skills, or someone looking to progress in their career in a dynamic Organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of duties within the Centre on a daily basis. This includes ensuring Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date, and that services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
About the Role
* To provide mentorship and leadership to your team daily, including formal supervisions, appraisals and monthly team meetings.
* To oversee the service as necessary, across shifts, to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
You will also be expected to:
* Maintain the highest level of infection control standards as directed by company policy and national best practice guidance.
* Contribute to and maintain an effective team, organise and participate in meetings, reviews and committees as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires:
* A Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare).
* Full Clean Driver's license.
* 3 years minimum managerial experience within a similar health or social care setting.
