Mission:
* Manage the Process team within its scope
* Define industrial guidelines for its scope (process, equipment, plant layout)
* Ensure the deployment of process objectives and compliance within the site
* Manage and ensure coherence of industrialization programs within the site scope
* Manage the industrial investments program within its scope
* Monitor machine performance and improvement plans
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for industrial technologies within its scope
* Manage and animate the Process Expertise team within its scope
* Coordinate interfaces between its site, PG/PL/RO/platform, and the Process Expertise Center
* Manage industrial teams (plant, production, industrialization) within its scope
* Manage the industrial plan in line with the MTP within its scope
* Coordinate and promote standardization programs for product and process within its scope
* Participate in Technical Committees and validate process ECRs
* Manage and validate industrialization projects with expert support
* Define program allocations during CAA and IAR processes
* Participate in IVC, PMC & PSC reviews, sourcing committees
* Apply equipment and tools standardization rules from PG
* Define programs and budget targets
* Oversee site industrial performance, deliveries, quality, and asset utilization
* Support daughter sites during ramp-up and process issues
Education/Training:
A university degree in engineering is required.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including automotive industry experience, is required.
