Your work will focus on designing innovative solutions for our multinational clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing complex project scopes. You will be involved in a broad range of projects, designing and commissioning state-of-the-art automated equipment for manufacturing life-saving medical devices for our discerning clients.Main Role ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of new electrical designs and concepts.Evaluation of customer specifications.Select appropriate components and materials for electrical systems.Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, implementing protective measures to mitigate hazards.Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, project managers, and customers to deliver integrated solutions that meet requirements.Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting to validate designs.Conduct EQ’s, machine power-up checks, quality checks, and support projects and workshop functionality.Set up and commission machines after power-up.Provide technical support to estimation, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams.Contribute to project meetings and provide regular progress reports.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.Qualifications & ExperienceThird-level qualification in electrical/electronic engineering, electrical apprenticeship, or relevant electrical design discipline.1-3 years’ experience in an electrical design role or relevant exposure to electrical systems.Working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS ELECTRICAL) and electrical simulation tools is advantageous but not essential.Proactive with excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a multifunctional team.Understanding of safety standards and regulations relevant to electrical systems.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting electrical issues.Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.Key Skills & AttributesInnovative thinking and creativity in solving design challenges.Strong attention to detail for accurate designs.Effective time management to meet deadlines.Proactive, solutions-focused, with good organizational skills.Excellent written, verbal, and team communication skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment with flexibility.Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative, open-minded, and receptive to ideas.
