What You'll Be Doing
* Sell specialist IT recruitment solutions to fast-growing companies across Ireland.
* Manage the entire sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Partner with delivery consultants who handle fulfilment while you focus on building business.
* Develop lasting client relationships through consultative, outcome-driven sales.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
* B2B sales experience (SDR or BDR background ideal - Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, Sales Development Rep, Business Development Rep, Account Executive).
* At least 3 years of commercial experience (in any field)
* Proven success in outbound outreach and pipeline generation.
* A hunger to progress quickly and take ownership of your own results.
* A competitive, growth-focused mindset and drive to win.
* An EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
* Availability for a fully office-based role in Dublin (Monday–Friday).
