What You'll Be Doing
Sell specialist IT recruitment solutions to fast-growing companies across Ireland.
Manage the entire sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Partner with delivery consultants who handle fulfilment while you focus on building business.
Develop lasting client relationships through consultative, outcome-driven sales.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
B2B sales experience (SDR or BDR background ideal – Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, Sales Development Rep, Business Development Rep, Account Executive).
At least 3 years of commercial experience (in any field)
Proven success in outbound outreach and pipeline generation.
A hunger to progress quickly and take ownership of your own results.
A competitive, growth-focused mindset and drive to win.
An EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
Availability for a fully office-based role in Dublin (Monday–Friday).
