Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to lead the delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements of projects from design through to completion.
* Foster collaboration between design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and construction issues.
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and progress monitoring strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Manage structural design coordination, site execution, and compliance with specifications and standards.
* Liaise with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
* Proven experience in managing CSA or structural packages on large construction or infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of design principles, construction sequencing, and quality standards.
