Responsibilities
actively work in the service, taking the lead as shift supervisor, ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether behind the bar, in service, or at the front office
make sure all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met – always with an eye for detail
take charge of training, coaching, and onboarding new team members
handle communication and ensure that all information flows smoothly within the team
take guest feedback seriously and ensure a quick and efficient resolution
share your insider tips for the best hotspots in the city with our guests, ensuring they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink
Qualifications
already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry
flexible and ready to work in shifts
counting reliability, multitasking and your willingness to learn among your strengths
carrying yourself confidently, bring lots of joy to your work, and humour is just part of who you are
enjoying working with international, demanding guests and know exactly how to handle their various needs with a smart approach
speaking English fluently
