Part - Time Accounts Administrator | Dublin 12
At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to take up a permanent, part-time position with our client located in Dublin 12.
The successful candidate will be required to work afternoons; Monday to Friday, - After training there will be a hybrid working option available - 3 afternoons per week working from home.
Key duties will include the following:
1. Receive all customer bank details and apply customer accounts on our ERP system (SAP)
2. Follow through on customer enquiries and take ownership of customer requests from start to finish (by telephone).
3. Record all correspondence with the customer must be recorded on our CRM platform.
4. Responding to customer queries and general query resolution on a daily basis to facilitate payments from customers
5. Working to specific targets (including sending out quotations, retrieving POD's and sending them to our customers)
6. Preparation of invoices and statements to be sent to customers
7. Register risk accounts to Finance Manager.
Applicants will meet the following requirements:
8. Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial
9. Proven analytical and reconciliation skills
10. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
11. SAP & CRM systems experience is desirable
12. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both on an individual basis and as part of a team
13. Outstanding communication skills, in particular the ability to converse with customers by telephone
14. Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and able to work to deadlines.
This permanent position with a salary in the of €40,000 pro rata (€20,000) to the successful candidate.
