 
        
        Payroll / Accounts Payable Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: The Garden House, Malahide
Start Date: Immediate
The Garden House Malahide is a well-established and vibrant business with a friendly and supportive team. We are currently seeking a part-time Payroll / Accounts Payable Administrator to join our accounts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has great attention to detail, and is looking to grow their experience in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities
 * Process weekly payroll for 85+ full-time and part-time employees
 * Manage monthly supplier payments and weekly cheque payment book
 * Complete weekly bank reconciliations and authorisation of invoices
 * Carry out supplier reconciliations and assist with month-end procedures
 * Reconcile bank, creditors, and payroll to the trial balance at month end
Requirements
 * Partial or full IPASS (or similar payroll qualification)
 * Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an accounts payable role
 * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level)
 * Flexibility with working hours around month end is an advantage (not essential)
 * Availability to work part-time hours (specific days and times can be discussed)
Systems Experience (Desirable, but not essential)
 * Payroll: Quantum Enterprise
 * Accounts: Opera Pegasus
 * Stock System: Meridian (upgrading to Square in the new year)
Full training on all systems and procedures will be provided.
