Sales Representative – Hybrid Role (Office & Field)
(Based in Cork – mix of office work, deliveries, and client visits)

With thousands of specialist items available online and through a growing network of trade stores, they support professionals across construction, manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance sectors.
They are now seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid position that combines office-based responsibilities with field activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety—working in the office, making deliveries, and building strong relationships with existing customers while upselling and promoting new solutions.
The Role
1. Manage and nurture existing customer accounts
2. Deliver products to clients while providing excellent service
3. Identify upselling opportunities and introduce new products
4. Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs
5. Support order processing and ensure smooth logistics
6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
8. Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
9. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
10. Ability to identify opportunities and upsell effectively
11. Organised and proactive, with a hands-on approach
12. Full clean driving licence (essential)
13. Knowledge of construction, engineering, or related sectors is an advantage
