Senior Care Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team.
Your primary objective will be to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency through practical, physical, and emotional assistance.
You will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in service delivery, reporting directly to the Person In-Charge. In their absence, you may be required to assume management responsibilities.
* A qualification at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with Disability modules (or other relevant discipline/qualification) is essential.
* Sufficient experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with people with intellectual disabilities is also required.

Requirements:
* A recognised qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, or Childcare with Disability modules.
* Proven experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
