Our client is seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join their team in Cork.
This role involves supporting the sales team, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: Process sales orders accurately and in line with company procedures.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and internal teams for smooth fulfilment and invoicing.
Track order statuses, resolve order issues, and update customers and sales reps. Support sales representatives with customer queries, reporting, and daily tasks.
Act as a link between the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
Stay informed on market trends and assist with basic market research.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints professionally.
Assist with pricing updates, discounts, and promotions.
Engage with customers to understand needs and gather feedback.
Skills & Experience: Experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM skills a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in sales, wholesale, or retail industries is preferred.
