This team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of business-critical data processes before they reach production or end users.
Job OverviewOn a given day, your work might include: Monitoring and logging system notifications from automated tools to flag internal issuesPerforming data qualification and validation through testing processesSupporting bulk upload operations by validating task quality and ensuring proper data processingConducting ingestion process tests to proactively identify potential errors before they impact operationsAnalyzing information and issues to bring them to resolution through web-research, data analysis, and critical thinkingApplying critical thinking to identify high-level data trendsPerforming occasional software usability testing and provide feedbackProcessing business applicationsCandidates must: Be eligible to work in IrelandHave native speaker fluency in English with communication skills, both written and verbalAble to work on a full-time basis under a hybrid modality in Cork, IrelandAn ideal Business Data Technician would be: Detail-orientedAdaptable to multiple internal systemsPassionate about IT and familiar with iOS and macOSAble to work with large datasets, identify patterns and trends and draw conclusions to recommend actionsComfortable with placing outbound callsSkilled at web-research and web-based maps applicationsComfortable working independently, as well as in small and large cross-functional teamsIt would be great if you have:
