Job Title: Care Manager Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments, and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date and that services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, including formal supervisions, appraisals, and monthly meetings
- Oversee the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre
- Maintain the highest level of infection control standards as directed by company policy and national best practice guidance
- Participate in meetings, reviews, and committees as required
Requirements:
- Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare)
- Full Clean Driver's License
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting
