Front Office Manager – Killaloe Hotel & Spa
We now have an exciting opportunity to join our team within a boutique hotel environment. As part of the senior management team, you will provide efficient, prompt, courteous and proactive guest experiences and care. Overseeing the Front Office team to ensure that all training is carried out, SOPs are created and trained on and that the team follows your lead. All aspects of reception from hiring, website management, package creation, monitoring of rates and third‑party websites fall under your remit. Knowledge of revenue management is crucial but most importantly ensuring our guests have a warm, pleasant and positive interaction with the property before, during and after each stay is paramount in line with Invite Resorts brand guidelines. As part of the senior management team you would attend weekly HOD meetings and partake in Fire and First Aid teams. Liaison with other HODs is crucial to ensure a smooth experience for our guests.

Pay: €33,000.00–€36,000.00 per year
