Senior Analog IC Design
Responsibilities:
1. Development of IC architectures.
2. Specification and design of analog & mixed-signal sub-systems.
3. Verification of design blocks at block-level, system-level, and chip-level.
4. Active participation in product and technology roadmap planning and implementation.
5. Participation and leadership of design reviews for assigned areas of responsibility.
6. Low power ASIC design – from concept through to post-layout evaluation.
7. Design-For-Testability (DFT).
8. Maintenance of engineering documents in accordance with quality processes.
9. Structured tracking and implementation of design improvements.
10. Support for test-engineering, product engineering, and operations as well as participation in ATE data reviews, limit reviews, and device yield analysis.
Experience:
1. 7+ years of analog circuit design experience in ASIC/SOC environments.
2. PhD, post-graduate, or degree qualification in Electronic Engineering or similar.
3. Experience and knowledge of power conversion.
4. Experience with Cadence suite of analog design tools.
5. Analog/mixed-signal IC development cycles including design, simulation, validation.
6. Experience in design and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits including ADC, DAC, Reference & biasing circuits, Regulators DC-DC & LDO, Oscillator, PLL, Sensors, Drivers.
7. Experience of CMOS/BiCMOS/BCD Process Technologies.
8. Experience of sub-system and chip-level verification including AMS verification.
9. Self-motivated, individual contributor with strong problem-solving skills.
10. Experience of working in wide-ranging roles and flexible environments.
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
12. The ability to work with cross-functional teams.
13. The ability to support and mentor less experienced team members.
