Senior IT Project Manager

We are in search of a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the charge in delivering large-scale, high-impact projects involving system and infrastructure integration, from inception to completion.
As a Senio Project Manager toy will make a significant impact on the organization, ensuring projects stay on budget, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will oversee major IT integration and upgrade projects, including the management of third-party contributions and rollout to our business.
Position Details:

Qualifications & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in a Senior IT Project or Program Manager role.
* Proven track record of managing multiple IT projects involving cloud and on-premises infrastructure, third-party platform integrations, and upgrades
* Project Management qualification: PMP, Scrum Master Certification, Prince2.
* Competence in large-scale, high-impact project rollouts with varying levels of complexity, coordinating multiple third parties.
* Experience transitioning new and updated services to support teams within IT.
* Exceptional project management skills with knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
* Experience with full project lifecycles using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Background in regulated industries is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Lead the planning and execution of programs and projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, from planning and analysis to execution, service transition, and closure.
* Develop comprehensive project and program plans, defining scope, goals, tasks, resources, and deliverables.
* Ensure clear documentation of project scope and the impact of scope changes on time, cost, and risk.
* Administer the Project Scope and Change Management process.
* Take ownership of all Project Governance, providing status and progress reports to the relevant teams while prioritizing stakeholder interests.
* Oversee the transition of infrastructure and systems changes from project delivery to operational support.
* Effectively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to achieve project objectives.
* Monitor and control project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) during initiation and planning to track project success.
