Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and excellent service.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements
Proven experience in external sales or a related role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also being a team player.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills to confidently close deals.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
Full clean Irish Drivers Licence
