We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated and enthusiastic Carpenter to become part of our multi-disciplinary team. The role will involve working on a variety of businesses, construction sites and residential properties in Dublin and Leinster, but mainly on refurbishment projects in our building division.TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESBe qualified carpenter / joiner.Have at 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.Be capable of turning out and finishing work to a high standard.Have a good knowledge of Construction and other Trades.First and second fix carpentry essential.Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time and plan ahead effectively.Good verbal and written commutations skills.Assisting with the day-to-day property maintenance work.A general all-rounder proficient in the use of machinery & power tools.To undertake regular training courses, both formal or on the job training.Be living in or near Dublin.SKILLSCandidate must be capable to work off their own initiative and as part of a team.Flexible.Safe pass & Manual Handling Cert.Full driving licence.
