We are seeking an Office Administrator who has a strong work ethic with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm and to be able to work collaboratively or independently.Job Overview:Your role as an office administrator will entail handling many aspects of administrative operations and providing high level of support in various managerial and organizational aspects. It includes efficient and smooth running of an office/ business on a day-to-day basis.Responsibilities and Duties: Set up projects, data organization, file project information. Collate & prepare etender submissions Handle accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Use of accounting software for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping. Debtor management. Support monthly payroll Prepare bi-monthly VAT returns. Create and update databases/records for financial information and other data. Update company policies when necessary. Answer phone calls, deal with emails and queries. ISO internal audits & management of QMS Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Organize staff trainings and update CPD log. Maintain personnel records Social media management Organize company events. General office management: liaise with suppliers, clients; book transport & accommodation; prepare presentations;-Benefits: On-site parking Flexible hoursRequirements:· Experience of 3 years or more in a similar role· Strong MS Word / PowerPoint / Outlook/ Excel knowledge· Good communication/ interpersonal skills· Excellent organisational abilities· Experience in accounts/ bookkeeping would be an advantageSalary & Hours:Depending on the experience level. hrs per week
