Job Description
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, managing daily workflows, timelines, and site deliverables.
Coordinate, schedule, and supervise on-site trade workers, carpenters, plumbers, and material suppliers.
Review structural blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications to plan labor requirements.
Monitor on-site health and safety compliance, ensuring strict adherence to HSA guidelines, Safe Pass regulations, and Irish Building Regulations.
Manage project resource allocation, materials procurement, and equipment scheduling to prevent delays.
Provide regular progress reports to owners and manage communication with clients.
