Wildlands is a unique adventure and accommodation development set within 20 acres of mature woodlands, on the N59 overlooking Ballyquirke Lough in Moycullen, Co. Galway. Wildlands opened in 2020 and consists of:

The Role:
We're looking for an assistant manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is ready to apply their knowledge to this varied role on our busy adventure park. You'll need to be an enthusiastic, encouraging, results driven manager with experience in managing people and processes in a busy operation.
This is an additional assistant manager role to our existing team as we plan an expansion with retail shop and outdoor kitchen offering to complement our existing 150 seat casual dining restaurant and large event room.
You will support the restaurant and retail team and manage the business of the department, typically between the hours of 8.30 am and 9.30pm during the park opening days (which includes weekends and school holidays).
