With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.Role Overview:The Process Quality Engineer (PQE) is responsible for ensuring that prefabricated plant rooms, modular assemblies, and data centre modules are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Leads root cause analysis and CAPA to reduce variation, scrap, and rework while improving FPY through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintains and improves QMS documentation, supports audits, calibration, and ISO 9001 compliance, and drives process mapping and digitalisation. Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, HSE, and Supply Chain to embed quality into design, assembly, safety, and supplier performance.
