Job Description
The Deputy General Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the hotel's operations and ensuring exceptional guest service standards. This leadership position oversees all aspects of hotel operations, working closely with department heads to achieve strategic goals and deliver a high-quality experience to guests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and delivering a seamless guest experience.
2. F&B Operations: Lead and manage Lir Bar and Abbey Restaurant, implementing service standards and policies aligned with the company's brand and customer expectations.
3. Guest Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing feedback promptly.
4. Staff Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and their teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
5. Financial Performance: Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and cost control, identifying areas for revenue growth and expense reduction.
6. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
