Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior National Account Manager to lead the sales of Britvic Ireland's comprehensive beverage portfolio across the Foodservice and Workplace sectors.
This pivotal role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with International Key Trading Partners, driving distribution, revenue, and market share for iconic brands including Club, TK, Mi Wadi, Ballygowan, Pepsi, 7up, and Aqua Libra taps.
The ideal candidate will excel in strategic account management, possess strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate expertise in the beverage industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the market and channel expert, ensuring optimal product availability, compliance, forecasting accuracy, and positive mix while driving volume and value growth across the portfolio.
Lead account negotiations and contracting processes with international customers, developing and executing annual market planning strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with customers, Route‑to‑Market partners, pouring partners, and internal teams to develop winning initiatives and achieve collective goals.
Deliver quarterly sales targets for Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drinks Dispense units, Coolers, and Ballygowan Water Coolers across Foodservice, Workplace, and Leisure customers.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision‑making.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports on account activities, sales metrics, and market conditions to key stakeholders.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence while being a leading voice within your channel.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account management or sales within the foodservice industry, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets and business growth.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain partnerships at all levels of customer organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, forecasting, and reporting to drive business decisions.
Experience managing international customer relationships and navigating complex organisational structures.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and leverage synergies to achieve common objectives.

Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable.

Proven track record of successful account management and sales achievement, evidenced by meeting or exceeding targets.
