New Ireland have started a project to implement a new customer correspondence platform using Open Text Communications, Content Management and Notification modules.
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to support the integration of the Open Text Platform with the New Ireland Salesforce platform.
Some of the tasks involve
* Integrate agent, customer and admin New Ireland Salesforce Portals with Open Text solution components (Communications, Content Management and Notifications)
* Beneficial to have worked with AWS Cloud (AWS IAM, AWS Cognito, etc).
* Beneficial to have worked with OpenText Communications, OpenText Content Management, OpenText Directories Services (OTDS), OpenText Notifications previously
* Beneficial to have worked with IBM Security Access Management Services (ISAM) previously.
