Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
* Oversee and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of projects in branding, advertising, web development, and digital marketing.
* Collaborate with creative and technical teams to translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans.
* Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, deliver presentations, and gather feedback.

* Create and implement customized strategies to attract and acquire clients from diverse industries.

* Establish valuable partnerships that align with the organization’s mission and services.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in account management, client services, or business development, ideally within a creative or digital agency.
* Solid understanding of branding, advertising, website development, and digital marketing.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
* Proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
* Ability to identify and convert opportunities into successful client relationships.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms (e.g., Monday), and analytics tools.
* Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
