The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing tenders, managing budgets, and ensuring project financial performance. The role includes preparing quantity take-offs, valuations, and cost control measures. Additionally, the Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.QualificationsProficiency in cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial reportingExperience in tender preparation, contract documentation, and quantity take-offsStrong skills in contract management, procurement, and negotiation with subcontractorsKnowledge of building regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirementsHighly organized with strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in relevant software for cost management and quantity surveyingBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldPrevious experience in the construction sector, especially with civil and commercial projects, is an advantageStrong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
