Job Overview
We are seeking an Energy Market Development Manager to lead our efforts in reforming energy policy and market regulations across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Energy Strategic Negotiators, directing high-impact priorities and campaigns to secure data center capacity, support 24/7 carbon-free electricity goals, and mitigate risks to operational costs.
* Develop and implement market solutions for electricity supply, including the design of regulatory engagement strategies and implementation tactics.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on the deployment of specific programs and campaigns, and communicate our energy positions.
* Analyze risk/opportunities for our EMEA energy portfolio and oversee all energy regulatory interventions and policy advocacy at local, national, and EU level.
