This role offers the opportunity to support and manage a client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounting, tax compliance and advisory services. You will also support the development of junior team members.As Assistant Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include Among OthersPreparing and also managing the process of preparing:Accounts for small companies/professional sole tradersAssociated VAT returns, payroll & corporation tax returnsCRO filings re company annual returnsIncome tax returnsAssisting in dealing with ad hoc advice related issues that arise from time to time and also non-accounting / tax related financial matters (eg assistance in dealing with client’s investment managers, pension fund advisors, project managing transactions such as property purchases or investments in private companies).Delegating tasks and reviewing the work of junior team members.
