Person in Charge Adult Autism Accredited Service
The Person in Charge is responsible for the overall management of our adult autism accredited service. This includes providing high-quality care and support to residents, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with HIQA standards.
### Responsibilities
* To provide exceptional person-centered care to residents through effective planning, coordination, and implementation of individualized care plans.
* Manage a team of dedicated professionals who deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed resident expectations.
* Maintain a culture of openness where concerns are raised, reported, and addressed promptly according to organisational policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification from a relevant Allied Healthcare discipline;
2. A minimum of three years' experience working within health or social services at management/supervisory level;
3. An ability to demonstrate leadership skills as required for this position including communication & interpersonal skills .
