National Sales & Marketing ManagerTheNational Sales & Marketing Manageris responsible for leading the company's national and international sales and marketing functions, driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and developing the commercial strategy for the business. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of customer acquisition, retention, brand development, product development and market expansion.This position is designed as asuccession‑track role toward CEO, providing the successful candidate with broad exposure to commercial strategy, operations, financial performance, and organisational leadership.Key Responsibilities· Lead and develop the national and UK sales team to deliver revenue, margin, and volume targets.· Develop and implement a national and international sales strategy aligned with company goals.· Drive improvements in sales processes, CRM usage, customer experience, and key account management.· Identify and pursue growth opportunities in existing and new market segments.· Oversee creation of marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth.· Conduct market research to inform commercial decision‑making and competitive positioning.· Define and manage commercial strategy, pricing, and product positioning.· Contribute to company‑wide strategic planning as a core member of the leadership team.· Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR teams to align commercial activities with business goals.· Support digital transformation initiatives across sales and marketing systems.Skills & Experience· Proven experience leading Sales and/or Marketing functions at national and cross channel level· Strong commercial and strategic mindset· Experience managing small teams with high output expectations· Strong analytical capability and financial understanding· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills· Third level qualification in supporting or complimentary area· Residing within 50kms of Blessington as minimum 50% is office based· Experience in a growth-focused or entrepreneurial organisation· Exposure to P&L management· Experience working directly with a CEO or board-level stakeholders· Demonstrated aptitude for future executive leadership rolesRemunerationRemuneration and overall package will match the relevant experience and benefits that a candidate will bring to this role including profit sharing scope.Please forward your CV by E-mail to: Closing date for applications 28/02/2026Start Date 01/04/2026
