Job Opportunity:
The Daycare at Home Worker will provide person centred care to people with dementia in their own homes.
* Care Plan Activities: Carry out activities to provide cognitive and social stimulation for clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Build up trusting relationships with clients and their carers so they feel secure in availing of the home care service.

The person should have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly attitude, patience, understanding and empathy. • Person must be organized, structured yet flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances. Should have an open mind when interacting with various cultures.• You are required as part of this role providing practical support on daily tasks such as managing medications routines accompanied by regular review checkups .
