PRS is what this company does — and it's all they do.Highly organised, adaptable, a strong team player, and full of energy.If this sounds like you, send an email or apply here and tell us why you can make a difference to the team.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Scheduling Administrator's key duties shall include (but are not limited to):Working with Property Management, Leasing, Block Management, Resident Experience, and suppliers to assist in scheduling maintenance contracts, turnover works, general maintenance repairs, and machine/vehicle servicing.Reviewing check-out inspection reports, making deposit recommendations to Property Management teams, and ordering replacement furniture from suppliers.Liaising with Property Managers and residents regarding key handovers and maintenance access.Operating and monitoring inbound service emails and responding in a timely manner.Assigning and scheduling service team members for division-specific work orders and jobs.Ensuring accurate and ongoing input of information into the company's systems.Operating Property Management and Leasing systems (e.g. Yardi Voyager, CRM, Rent Café, Vendor Café, Maintenance IQ).Monitoring supplier portals and forwarding invoices to the Finance team for payment.Producing monthly and quarterly reports (or as required) for senior management.Providing general administrative support for the wider Services team.Promoting the company's brand and culture across the Services division.Building strong working relationships with all internal teams who request works from the Services division.Providing exceptional service, communication, and support to customers and residents.Creating and nurturing relationships with suppliers and contractors.About the CompanyMy client is one of Ireland's fastest-growing PRS platforms.
