About the Role
The HR Business Partner is a key member of the human resources team, responsible for building strong relationships with business leaders to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
* Strategic focus on talent development initiatives, identifying training needs across the organization.
* Provides expert guidance and coaching to line managers on performance management strategies and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of HR services to over 400 employees across multiple locations in Ireland.
* Prepare comprehensive reports on various HR, payroll, and learning and development areas.
* Foster positive employee relations and industrial relations throughout the organization.
* Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Possession of a CIPD qualification and a third-level degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* A minimum of five to ten years of experience working in a human resources function.
* Previous experience working with employee representative bodies.
