Furthermore, driving business growth through identifying opportunities, while guiding and developing staff.
Finally, managing project lifecycles, from planning and design to compliance, coordination, and client communication.

What you will need:
Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field with Chartered Engineer status
Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in design and project management
Multi-disciplinary design management experience
Engagement with clients, stakeholders, and sub-consultants
Business development and budget management experience
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Full driver's license
