HR Business Partner - SeniorElite Talent Hub is a specialist recruitment partner operating internationally. Our client is an Irish-owned and managed communications installation company, established in 1998. Employing over 500 people, they have delivered many of the largest telecommunications, data centre, and fibre optic projects in recent years. Operations span Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an senior, experienced HR Business Partner to join their senior management team, based in Dublin 11. The role is full-time, permanent with career progression within the organisation.The RoleReporting directly to the Senior Manager and working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will play a key role in shaping the people function as the company continues to expand.This position is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner (or a strong HR Manager operating at Business Partner level) who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while remaining closely involved in day-to-day HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and client requirementsManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboardingDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organisationProvide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment lawOversee payroll coordination, benefits, and HR administration, supported by the HR OfficerLead performance management, engagement, and retention initiativesDesign and implement training and development plans to build organisational capabilityEnsure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices across all operating regionsProduce HR metrics and insights to support senior management decision-makingThe Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related disciplineMinimum 3-5 years' HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role in IrelandStrong working knowledge of Irish employment law (essential)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercially aware, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a hands-on approach and willingness to get involved at all levelsExperience in engineering, communications, construction, or a technical environment is advantageousExposure to UK and/or EU employment legislation is desirable but not essentialWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageOpportunities for professional developmentSupportive and collaborative team cultureThe opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business and work closely with senior leadershipINDETH-BE
