Within their Financial Advisory practice, their Transaction Services team plays a pivotal role in supporting complex M&A deals, providing end-to-end advisory services across strategy, execution, and evaluation.

* Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong academic background
* Extensive experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or related advisory work

Role and Reporting Lines
This position will report to the senior leadership team within the Financial Advisory division, with key responsibilities including:
* Client Delivery – Leading and delivering high-quality financial due diligence engagements for a range of clients
* Analysis – Reviewing trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets to identify key risks and opportunities
* Stakeholder Engagement – Communicating findings clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders
* Reporting – Preparing clear and impactful financial reports to support M&A transactions, including stock exchange listings
* Team Leadership – Managing junior team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
* Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration – Integrating insights from other advisory workstreams to provide holistic client advice
* Market Insight – Bringing strong commercial awareness and up-to-date understanding of market trends to every engagement
