Insurance Claims Specialist
This role involves handling and managing insurance claims, ensuring timely submission of forms, proper verification of details, and communication with stakeholders.
* Process approximately 800 Sports Medicine and Radiology claim forms on a monthly basis.
* Maintain high attention to detail and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
* Collaborate with various departments to resolve queries and verify information from patients.
* Review and verify claim submissions, and follow up on outstanding claim forms.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in the healthcare sector, and be proficient in MS Office and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
